With a powerful motor, up to 10% incline and 16km/h QuickSpeed control, you can really challenge yourself and add variety to your home workout routine.
But if that wasn’t enough, you also get a year’s subscription to iFit daily workouts run by experts, when you buy the ProForm Performance 375i.
There is a wide running belt of W46 x L127cm, a 5-inch display to track your progress and pulse and chest belt compatibility too, so you’ll have so much information, you won’t know where to start!
All of these features along with the nice touches like MP3, Bluetooth and a tablet holder make this ProForm treadmill a serious contender in the at-home workout range.
Did I also mention that it’s foldable too? So, if you’re having a day where the last thing you want to do is exercise, you can fold it up and hide it away (something I often do!).

Features:
The Proform Performance 375i Treadmill has several benefits that can improve the way you exercise and give more variety to your workouts.
You can enjoy a 1-year iFit membership and jumpstart your fitness plan with the best trainers in the industry. Your membership gives you access to a wide array of exercise routines to try out.
Proform can support a maximum weight limit of 125 kgs, making it ideal for lots of users. You can fold the treadmill when it is not in use, which comes in handy when you need some space in your living room.
You can also listen to your favourite workout playlist when you connect your device to the MP3 player on the machine. Or perhaps use the tablet holder to watch your favourite programme.
EKG pulse grips will help you know when you hit the right heart rate sweet spot, so you know when you’re in that fat burn zone and getting the workout’s maximum benefits.
I also tend to use my SMART watch to measure this too and both showed me similar numbers (giving me the reassurance that these features are robust). It also measures lots of other feedback such as calories, speed, distance etc.
Performance:
The 2.0 CHP motor can support a maximum speed of 16 km/h for runners who are rigorous during workouts.
You can also choose to alternate between the rates if you like to do HIIT workouts too, and you can do that using the ProForm’s Digital QuickSpeed Control technology.

The dimensions for this treadmill are L168 x W84 x H144cm with a running surface of W46 x L127cm. You can let your elbows swing as you run at full speed to test your limits and burn more calories, but check you’ve got the space first!
Convenience:
The ProForm Performance 375i Treadmill can fit perfectly in your living room, and you can use gym mats to reduce the noise if you live in a flat or shared accommodation.
It can also fold away (with the foldable dimensions of L85 x W84 x H158cm), so maybe have a think about the best place to put this, as it’s quite heavy to move around once set up.
There are multiple workout settings that you can customise to hit your fitness goals. The 5-inch backlit display will tell you the distance you run and how many calories you burn per session, as well as lots more!
iFit Membership:
The one-year iFit membership can help you achieve your fitness goals fast. If you buy this JTX treadmill, you will have access to many trainers and fitness videos that encourage you to exercise daily.
You can have access to all resources by downloading the iFit app to your tablet. The Performance 375i treadmill has an option to integrate iFit via Bluetooth for a better experience.
The integration allows iFit to automatically change your machines’ settings to meet the requirements of your workouts- pretty cool!
It’s worth adding that your tablet requires Android 5.0+ with Bluetooth 4.0+. Or if you’re on Apple, then you’ll need an iPad 3 and above with iOS 8+ to be able to use the iFit package. Also, after the year you will have to pay for the subscription.

How does the ProForm Performance 375i compare to the JTX Fitness Sprint 5?
Both offer a similar range of fitness equipment in the market, but how does the JTX treadmill compare to the ProForm ?
Looking at price, the JTX Sprint 5 is around £150 more expensive than the ProForm, but let’s look at the difference in features. The JTX has a motor of 2.5hp vs the Proform’s 2.0hp. The JTX has a total speed of 18km/h vs the ProForm 16km/h. Max incline, we’re talking 10% on ProForm vs 12% on JTX.
Both are foldable, but the JTX has a bigger running surface area. The JTX also has a heavier max user weight too, but both products weigh the same when thinking about transportation.
The JTX has 43 workout programmes, but the ProForm gives you an iFit annual membership. And this for me is key when thinking about staying motivated.
For me, the JTX has the edge on the ProForm from a feature’s perspective, but it is also more expensive.
Personally, if you are new to the home workout scene then the JTX ProForm 375i has everything you could need to get started, and the iFit inclusion is a great step to guiding you on your fitness journey. If, however, you need more of a challenging workout then the higher motor, inclines and speed of the JTX Sprint 5 might just be worth the extra money.

Final thoughts on the ProForm 375i
The Proform Performance 375i Treadmill has a well-thought-out and sturdy design that not only allows you to challenge yourself at the touch of a button, but also gives you the option to fold away when you’re having a duvet day.
It comes with a decent motor that supports high running speeds and a good incline range. And the best thing for me is the MP3 and Bluetooth compatibility, so you can listen to your favourite tunes when getting a sweat on!
The free iFit membership might not be a positive for everyone, but for me is something I really enjoy using and adds more variety to my workouts which really gives me the motivation I need!
