If you’re looking for a very study and strong wall bracket to hold up to 100kg of punch bag, then look no further than this Pro Fitness bracket. It fixes directly to a wall or ceiling and the solid steel will ensure a safe (and hard) workout! The screws plugs and easy instruction manual means you’ll have your bag up in no time.
There isn’t a whole lot to say about a punch bag wall bracket, but there are a few things we thought we’d mention that might make your purchasing decision that little bit easier!
Fixings?
You get a manual and fixing parts to put this up. It is recommended that a 12mm drill bit is used and despite the fixings supplied being adequate, some customers have decided to use stronger fixings if they are putting up a heavier bag.
Where can I attach it?
You’ll need to fix this into a strong base like a brick walls or ceilings (not plasterboard). The bracket isn’t classed as waterproof either, so if you did decide to put it to an outside wall, it would most likely void the warranty.
What else do I need to know?
You can use most bags and speedballs on this bracket, but the biggest thing to bear in mind is it is only recommended to hold a weight of up to 100kg. The dimensions of the bracket are L51xW23xD60cm and the punch bag will be around 43cm away from the wall.
